Rhinoplasty

The base operation is a three-step rhinoplasty using septal and ear cartilage. Bulbous tip correction, deviation correction with osteotomy, dorsal hump reduction, nasal bone narrowing, short-nose correction and nostril work are added as separate components rather than bundled, so the quote reflects what is actually done.

Revision is graded by difficulty across three tiers, because a second operation and a fourth are not the same procedure. Functional work — septal deviation and inferior turbinate hypertrophy — is performed alone or alongside the aesthetic operation.

Donated costal cartilage, mesh and custom implants are available where the case requires them, and are quoted openly as additions.
